Drillustration

Task: select an image to do a illustration for using layers to keep well organized.

Method: using flat 100% opacity colors with a minimum of five layers. Layers: highlights, shadows, gray, yellow, black, and Drill image.

result: After building the illustration I turned it black & white adding zoom out and putting it on a manual to show how it would be used. Software: Illustrator InDesign
